Our geographic scope
Given that all of our activities are online, and none of them is on ground, we don’t really have a specific geographical scope, and all our services are targeted to Syrian women, especially those residing in Syria, and Syrian women living abroad in general.
Our course of action
1. Posting the service on our page.
2. Filling the form by the female applicants which the selection of admissions will be based upon.
3. Corresponding with the accepted applicants through emails.
4. Interviewing them to ensure all applicants meet the required criteria and assert their willingness to commit.
5. Implementing the service.
6. Weekly follow-ups with the beneficiaries and volunteers to assess the quality of the service delivered.
Our service delivery methods
As we previously stated, all of our services are online and none of them is on ground, and the applications we use to deliver these services are:
1. Google Meet.
2. Zoom Cloud Meetings.
These apps should be installed on the devices of those wishing to volunteer with us or benefit from our services.
Who can join us?
Anyone who believes in our goals and is willing to make a true change, and help rebuild the Syrian society through uplifting its women.
Do we contact the volunteers of beneficiaries upon rejection?
No, we only communicate in case of acceptance.
Can a beneficiary register for another service?
For sure, although priority is given to those who haven’t yet benefited.
On what grounds are applicants accepted?
Firstly, the applicant should meet all the admission requirements mentioned within the form, and provide accurate contact information.
Secondly, their answer to the question “why do you need this service?” plays an important role in their acceptance, so please think carefully before you answer.
